Biography
Adam Davis is an experienced legal professional specializing in telecommunications law and regulatory compliance. Before joining Marashlian & Donahue, Adam served as a Corporate Counsel for T-Mobile USA and played a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with FCC and FAA regulations relating to telecommunications infrastructure and equipment. As Corporate Counsel he also oversaw the submission of critical regulatory filings, such as the Broadband Data Collection and Urban Rate Survey, and managed significant policy development initiatives.
Prior to his role at T-Mobile, and while attending The UDC David A. Clarke School of Law part-time, Adam served as a Regulatory Analyst at Venable LLP in Washington, DC in their Advertising Law practice group. During this tenure, he completed extensive R&A projects and multi state surveys on advertising, marketing, and telecommunications regulations. Adam’s work at Venable also included contributions to Venable’s Advertising Law Blog and participation in pivotal industry conferences.
In addition to his legal practice, Adam is a dedicated educator, serving as an Adjunct Professor at Keystone College and Lackawanna College where he develops and teaches courses in Legal Research and Writing, Business Law, and American Government.
